I feel so privileged to have known Phill (always with two L’s as one is boring). One of my favourite stories was wandering to the other end of the office and he was wearing a full suit, I screeched ‘you look like you’re going to a job interview.’ Phill then introduced me to the concept of inside voices, something which we never forgot, he was in fact going for a job interview that day, which he of course got. I will miss him so much his humour, kindness and thoughtfulness x
